Photo Contest and Nose work

Photos should be brought between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. Program starts at 10. Voting on photos will begin as soon as the “formal” part of the program is over, around 10:30 +/- and will go on while Sue is talking/working with individuals. Voting will stop at 11:30, votes will be tallied while people are eating lunch and will be announced as soon as we have the winners.
PHOTO CONTEST RULES
The Chesapeake Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club photo contest is open to all amateur photographers who are members of the CCWCC. Submitting an entry constitutes permission to use that photo in CCWCC publications. Entries should be 8 x 10 photos matted to 11 x 14. You may use any color mat.
Please put your name, address, email address, phone number and the dog’s name(s) on the back of the photo along with the category you wish to enter it in five categories:
- General and
(Prizes will be awarded for 1st through 4th places)
Each photo must contain at least one Cardigan Welsh Corgi Entry fee is $3.00 per photo, checks should be payable to CCWCC. We will, of course, accept cash at the meeting, but please do not mail cash. Entries are limited to 2 photos per person per category.
There is no guarantee that if your photo is a winner it will be used in any publication. If your picture is selected you will be contacted by email or phone. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to submit an entry you may mail your entry to Mary A Munro. Her address is listed in the Spring 2014 CardiClipper, page 2.
Mailed entries must be received by July 23, 2014.
If you want your entry returned to you by mail, you must provide an addressed mailing label or envelope and appropriate postage.
