Join us for the Annapolis/Kent Island Run & Dog Walk!

With an assistance dog by their side, a veteran with a disability no longer needs to ask for help with daily tasks many people take for granted.  Please help make a difference in the lives of veterans with disabilities by registering for the 5th Annual Annapolis/Kent Island Run & Dog Walk scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 19, 2015.  All proceeds will benefit America’s VetDogs®.

You and your friends can enter the timed 10K or 5K race, or enjoy a leisurely 2-mile family friendly stroll with or without your dog.  If you do bring your 4-legged friend you will both enjoy the Kent Island Dog Park half-way through your stroll.  Bring your dog and play in one of two fenced areas, one for large dogs and one for small dogs, before returning to Kent Island High School for closing ceremonies.

Participants can register online at Race4Vets.VetDogs.org  [Update 2018: LINK NO LONGER WORKS] by clicking on the register now link. All early registrants will qualify to receive an event shirt (while supplies last).  Your support will help servicemen and women regain the freedom they have fought so hard to give you. Don’t wait any longer to register! The rate increases for all those that walk-up on event day.

Not in Maryland? Choose to virtually participate and run or walk in your community. A VetDogs t-shirt will be sent to your home.

Your support is important to the success of our services.  Please help change the lives of veterans by FriendRaising /FundRaising for America’s VetDogs. After you register at Race4Vets.VetDogs.org,[Update 2018: LINK NO LONGER WORKS] the site will lead you through the simple steps to create your own personalized fundraising page.  It’s fun and easy AND the top fundraiser will receive a FABULOUS prize!
